  • Election Hustings Wednesday 31st May

    HCT will host a Hustings at St Margaret's church on 31st May starting at 6.30pm. It will be an opportunity to ask the candidates questions. A system is being organised both to nominate questions prior to the event and for questions will be taken from the floor on the evening. Until then we will collect questions from the Contact Us form.

  • Alpha Course Starting Soon

    Alpha Course at Costa on New Road side will start on Sunday May7th at 6.30pm. Alpha is an course which seeks to explain the basics of the Christian faith and give opportunities for discussion and questions. Facilitated by Lister And Cragg Hill Baptist Churches.

  • Remembering Jo Cox

    Horsforth Farmers Market this May will be remembering Jo Cox's life and joining with 'The Great Get Together" asking the question Jo so often asked, "What brings us together?" There will be a book of ideas to write in which will be sent to Jo's family. 

  • ‘The Goldfinch in Renaissance Art

    Following his sabbatical last year, Rev Nigel Sinclair will be offering a series of 4 talks on ‘The Goldfinch as a Christian Symbol in Renaissance Art’ as illustrated in paintings from all over the world.  Held at  Margaret’s Parish Centre on Mondays at 7.30pm on June 26th, July 3rd, 10th and 17th. Everyone welcome. 

Market Wins Top Prize
Horsforth Farmers Market has just been named Farm Shop and Deli market of the year. It was recommended for its variety of stalls, the range and quality of entertainment and the community spirit. The market is based at St Margaret's Primary School in the car park. This market runs on the first Saturday of the month 9-12.30 excluding January.
