  • Week of Prayer for Christian Unity

    January 18th - 25th is the week of prayer for Christian Unity. Through out the week there are opportunities for people to come together across churches to pray around themes of business, youth and children, leaders in the church and Bible groups.

  • Taize Service

    Taize Service 6pm @ The Grove Sunday 27th Jan. A style of Christian worship practised by the ecumenical Taizé community in France, characterized by the repetitive singing of simple harmonized tunes, often in various languages, interspersed with readings, prayers, and periods of silence.

  • Lent Talks

    Four talks on the theme of "How does my faith sustain me?" Four speakers speak about their experience of God in some most challenging situations. March 11th, March 19th, March 27th & April 4th. Clip image for details.

  • Lent Prayer Diary Launch

    Lent Prayer Diary Launch Tuesday 26th Feb 6.30-8.30pm. The Leeds Lent Prayer Diary 2019 Launch event is a free citywide event, that has a whole host of things on offer, on the theme of Leeds, Lent and Ecumenical Mission. It’s going to be an informal event, with plenty of time to mill about, chat and discover new things about Leeds. Click image for free tickets

Market Wins Top Prize
Horsforth Farmers Market has just been named Farm Shop and Deli market of the year. It was recommended for its variety of stalls, the range and quality of entertainment and the community spirit. The market is based at St Margaret's Primary School in the car park. This market runs on the first Saturday of the month 9-12.30 excluding January.

   Guest stalls for February 2019 include Lasagna, Melanie's, Tricky Dickies, Slow Rise Bagels, Pextenement Cheese and Horsforth Brewery. The community stall is Horsforth Allotments.
